Patients waste time hunting for available doctors and forget appointments. MediBook focuses on a clear booking path plus reminders that fit local payment habits.
Problem statement
Finding a doctor, comparing options, booking a real slot, paying, and remembering the visit are usually split across calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
What was built
MediBook provides a public directory, multi-step booking with live availability, simulated M-Pesa / Mixx / Airtel Money flows, email and web reminders, and role dashboards for patients, doctors, and admins.
